• Difficulty varies depending on which sections of the property are open

Check‑In Required
All riders and visitors MUST stop at the grey sign‑in building before heading down to the pit area.
Inside you will:
• Sign the General Waiver
• Purchase your pass (Day, Season, or 6‑Ride Punch Card)
• Get updates on track conditions, open trail sections & fire bans
No sign‑in = no riding

Rules & Safety
• Propane BBQs only — no briquettes, no charcoal, no open‑flame pits
• Fire bans may be in effect
• No camping onsite (serviced campgrounds nearby)

BUMP is NOT public or Crown land.
This is private property — the Barry family’s land and home.
Respect for the land, the facility, and others is expected at all times.
Your actions do matter.
Unauthorized access, misuse of the property, or failure to follow park rules may result in removal and/or trespassing charges.
