Parental & Minor Waivers are required for all minors riding at BUMP.
Only the minor’s parent or legal guardian may waive their own rights and the rights of their child.
No other individual is permitted to complete or sign these waivers.
Mandatory Requirements
- Parental & Minor Waivers must be completed and signed by the minor’s parent or legal guardian only.
Parents are the only persons authorized to waive their rights and their child’s rights.
- Waiver must be printed and signed with pen by the parent or legal guardian.
❌ Computer‑signed, digitally signed, or electronically completed forms will NOT be accepted.
- A witness signature is required.
• Witness must be 18 years of age or older
• Witness must be a non‑relative to both parent & minor
• Relatives are NOT acceptable, including grandparents, siblings, cousins, etc.
- If a correctly completed Parental & Minor Waiver is NOT presented at the sign‑in building upon arrival, the minor will NOT be permitted to ride during that visit.
Completed forms may be accepted on a future visit only.
- Signed waivers are valid for the current calendar year only.
A new waiver is required each year.

- Minors 15 years and younger require a DESIGNATED ADULT (Guardian) present and supervising while minor is at BUMP. Includes when minor is registering/signing in
- 16 & 17 yr old must bring waivers signed by parents to sign-in (do not require adult supervision/guardian)
- Everyone must sign General Waiver (Riders, Non-riders and includes ”designated adult” when arriving at BUMP)
BUMP does not accept verbal permission/authorizations, texts or email Parental Waivers
